Information we collect

We collect account information, profile details, authentication data, app settings, purchase and credit records, uploaded images, generation requests, generated outputs, device identifiers, diagnostics, and support messages when needed to operate Mofira.

When you use AI image features, the image you provide, selected template, prompt instructions, and technical metadata may be processed by the active AI provider so the requested output can be generated.

How we use information

We use information to provide authentication, generation history, purchases, credits, safety checks, fraud prevention, account support, service reliability, and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal data. Third-party providers process data only for app operations such as image generation, hosting, analytics, crash diagnostics, payments, or security.

Storage and deletion

Generated content and account records are retained while your account is active unless deletion is requested or legal retention is required.

You can request account deletion from the Mofira app under Profile. Deletion removes or anonymizes account data according to operational and legal requirements.

User choices

You can avoid uploading personal or sensitive photos. Before AI generation, Mofira shows a consent screen that explains what data is sent to the provider.

You can manage app permissions such as photo access, notifications, and tracking from your device settings.
