How to request deletion
Open the Mofira app, go to Profile, and choose the account deletion option.
If you cannot access your account, create a support request from the app when possible and include the account details needed to verify ownership.
What is deleted
Account profile data, authentication records, and user-generated content are deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
